Kathy will do her best to contact you by the next business day after you contact her. Sometimes she is drawing at events so thanks for your patience

                                    BOOKING INFORMATION

If you decide to book her, Kathy will send you a Contract, Invoice and W-9. Please sign the invoice and return it within 14 days in order to reserve your spot on her calendar. 

​

THE NEXT STEPS

 50% down is required to secure your spot on Kathy's calendar. 

You are not booked until you send your downpayment. In the meantime, Kathy will pencil you into her calendar to reserve your date.

​

Typically, you have 14 days to procure the downpayment, however, we understand that's sometimes difficult with corporations, so please talk to Kathy about your concerns and she can help you come to a mutually agreeable solution.

Kathy accepts cash, credit, debit, Business checks, venmo, cash app,  & PayPal. 

Invoices, Insurance and W-9s are available upon request.

GUARANTEE: Your downpayment is fully refundable if Kathy has to cancel for any reason.

(This has never happened in her 25-year career but if it does she will give you all your money back no questions asked)

If you have waited between your quote and signing the contract, please contact us to make sure your date is still available BEFORE PAYING.
